The Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA) held their 21^st Annual Native Hawaiian Convention at the Sheraton Waikiki from July 19^th to the 22^nd.  In his opening remarks, Kuhio Lewis, Chief Executive Officer of CNHA,
spoke about the theme of this year’s event  – hulihia – as ‘an overturning that serves as a catalyst for deep, transformative change’.
