The Tennessee District Office is seeking nominations for the 2023 National Small Business Week awards.  The SBA Awards are given in celebration of National Small Business Week and include several categories. Tennessee winners for Small Business Person of the Year and Small Business Exporter of the year are also eligible to compete for the National Awards.

National nomination forms and guidelines can be found on SBA’s dedicated website www.sba.gov/nsbw and Tennessee District Office information at www.sba.gov/tn.  The deadline to nominate yourself or someone you know December 8th, 2022, 3pm EST!

National Award Categories

• Small Business Person of the Year (National and Tennessee)
• Small Business Exporter (National and Tennessee)

Tennessee Award Categories:

• Minority Small Business Champion or Business of the Year
• Veteran Small Business Champion or Business of the Year
• Women in Business Champion or Business of the Year
• Rural Owned Small Business of the Year
• Small Business Inventor of the Year

A complete nomination package must be received electronically via BOX by December 8, 2022, 3pm ET. Answer all the questions in detail on forms 3300, 3301/3302 and 3315 – your answers are very important when it comes to judging the business!
