Eligibility

  1. Is the owner a legal resident of the U.S. or its territories? 
  2. Has the business been operating for at least 3 years?
  3. Have they received any type of SBA assistance? Which could include but is not limited to:

Quick Steps to Nominate

  1. Download NSBW Award Nomination Guidelines
  2. Download SBA Background Form 3300
  3. Download the corresponding Award Nomination Form (SBA Form 3301, SBA Form 3302,…,SBA Form 3315, etc.) for the award you wish to nominate by clicking on the name of the award.
  4. Complete both forms, provide any supporting documentation and scan all into 1 PDF document.
  5. Determine which box account (either Alabama or specific award box account) to submit your 1 PDF document.
