YELL requires the Contractor shall provide contract mixing of 6,300 tons of PG58-34 asphalt with a 1% Type 3 (lime) anti-strip additive with the aggregate meeting ½ gradation in tables 703-4, 703-5 and table 703.07 Asphalt Concrete Aggregate, to produce a mix with 4% air voids.
