2. Provide answer to RFI questions, revised drawings, revised specifications, CCTV Riser diagram and VA Tampa Interior Sign System. 
3. There are no bid deducts, the price proposals need to come with two line items – CLIN 002 should be patient lift equipment purchase only, everything else should be CLIN 001. Please see the Price and schedule table.

THIS PROJECT SCOPE SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE RENOVATION OF THE 6TH FLOOR WEST WING OF BUILDING ONE AT THE JAMES A. HALEY VA HOSPITAL, LOCATED AT 13000 BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD, TAMPA, FLORIDA AS REQUIRED BY THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDED IN THIS ACQUISITION PACKAGE. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES THE COMPLETE DEMOLITION AND REMODEL OF AN INPATIENT WING. A GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK INCLUDES DEMOLITION OF EXISTING WALLS, FINISHES, MEP, FP, AND OTHER ITEMS TO SUPPORT NEW WORK ALONG WITH MINOR ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE ASBESTOS REPORT. NEW WORK INCLUDES NEW WALLS, INTERIOR FINISHES, MILLWORK, DOORS, FRAMES, HARDWARE, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, STRUCTURAL, ACCESS CONTROL, AND OTHER SYSTEMS.
