GENERAL INFORMATION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Roseburg VA Medical Center, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97471 intends to release a Request for Proposal Solicitation for construction services to remodel Building 88 from the Substance Abuse Residential Rehabilitation Treatment domiciliary (SRRTP) to a Community Living Center (CLC) space.
