GENERAL INFORMATION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Roseburg VA Medical Center, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97471 intends to release a Request for Proposal Solicitation for Remodel and Replace Building 65 Chillers in accordance with Statement of Work, Drawing and Specification. Work shall include the replacement of three chillers and correct Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Non-Structural Seismic and Fire Protection deficiencies.
