This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H70124R00028 Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center (WWKMHCC) USP Compliance, located in Sisseton, SD. These construction services will be in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36.
