The submission of the quote should be electronic and sent at BujProcurement@state.gov   

The price must be VAT included and the latter should appear as a separate amount (if applicable) 

Interested vendors should be registered in SAM and should be NDAA 899 compliant on the submission date of the quote. https://sam.gov/content/home  

Please in your quote, specify your delivery lead-time after receiving an order.
