The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to procure on a sole source basis a group online subscription to Dow Jones Wall Street Journal, via individual login access. The product provides authoritative independent reporting from a widely respected news source with comprehensive global coverage of business, financial, economic, and political events. The statutory authority for the proposed procurement is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), only one responsible source. Contractors must be fully and actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
