W911SA25QA033 Ground Maintenance Services for ID017 (Hayden, ID)

The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and items necessary to perform Monthly Grounds Maintenance services at ID017; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS); all federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. 
Active Performance Period is eight (8) months, from May through November of each year. Non-Active Performance Period is four (4) months, from December through March of each year. 
Places of performance: Army Reserve Facility ID017, 10300 N Aero Dr., Hayden ID 83835
