Procedures") includes Performance Work Statement describing work to be performed, Instructions to Offerors on
what to include in quotes and how quotes must be submitted, as well as the Evaluation Factors that will be used to
select a vendor. A spreadsheet is also attached to facilitate submission of price quote and ensure accurate
calculations.
