These specifications cover the production of looseleaf and saddle-stitch publications requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing (including four-color process), binding, packing, and distribution.

The term of this contract is for the period beginning Date of Award and ending December 31, 2025, plus up to four (4) optional 12-month extension period(s) that may be added in accordance with the “OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT” clause in SECTION 1 of this contract.
