Various Pieces of Peculiar Support Equipment for E-2 Program

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(l), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a firm fixed price contract, on a sole-source basis to Northrop Grumman Corporation (CAGE 26512) for the procurement of various pieces of Peculiar Support Equipment in support of the France and Japan E-2D programs. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the original designer, developer and manufacturer of the E-2D aircraft and weapons systems and is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, technical data and technical expertise to provide the necessary Support Equipment.
