The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Vacuum Hole Plugs. Please review the attached solicitation, exhibit and attachment for complete list of requirements,
provisions and clauses. Bids are considered when all provisions and clauses are complete and submitted. Drawings to be provided separately upon receipt of a valid DD Form 2345 and signed security agreement.
