USS HERSHEL WOODY WILLIAMS (ESB 4) LAY BERTH AND SHIP REPAIR

To enhance the vessel?s maintenance status, the vessel will enter a long-term lay berth, maintenance, and overhaul period. The contractor shall provide facilities, services, labor and materials to provide berthing, preventive maintenance industrial assistance, planning, material procurement and execution of a maintenance and repair availability as detailed herein. Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be US East, Gulf or West Coast. MSC will retain a limited crew (Engineering and/or Deck officer(s)) comprising of the SMT. AMENDMENT 0001 removed WIs 0401, 0406, and 0527; revised WIs 0011, 0021, 0102, 0153, 0302, 0459, and 0602; incorporated RFCs 1-22; extended RFC closing date to October 31, 2024; and extended solicitation closing date to November 22, 2024.
