This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL SERVICES (CIS) TANK CLEANING SERVICES CONTRACT IN SUPPORT OF THE EMPTYING, CLEANING, OFFLOAD, TRANSFER, TRANSPORTATION, AND DISPOSAL OF THE BALLAST TANK 6-14-0-W, ACCESS THROUGH COVER, 3-14-1-K, ONBOARD THE USS COMSTOCK (LSD-45).

The contractor will be required to provide all labor services and materials in accordance with the established statement of work and all applicable government specifications and regulations.
