USAID/Mali U.S./TCN PSC Senior Humanitarian Assistance Advisor (SHA), GS-14

This position requires an individual to support the management and representation of the humanitarian portfolio for Mali. Reporting to the OHA Office Director  or designee, the SHA will be responsible for program analysis and strategy development and work closely with the USAID/Mali staff, the U.S. Embassy, U.S. military representatives, and other USG interagency partners, other donors, Transitional Government of Mali officials, international organizations (IOs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the United Nations (UN), in responding to humanitarian needs and sudden-onset disasters.
