The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 950 usable square feet of commercial retail / storefront space located within a one-quarter mile radius of 1978 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11234. The space must have a secondary egress and lessor must execute the Government’s form of lease. Responses should contain a proposed rental amount to include water/sewer, CAM, real estate taxes, and insurance.
