The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 3,000 usable square feet of retail space located at Stafford, VA and within the radii shown below:

• North: Smith Lake Landing
• South: Austin Ridge
• East: Aquia Harbour
• West: Cabin Creek-wood
