This solicitation is issued for the Turkey Automated Tax Free Fuel Program.  The Government contemplates award(s) of a Fixed Price Requirements Contract with Economic Price Adjustment resulting from this combined solicitation/synopsis. The performance period for this requirement is July 1, 2025 to July 31, 2030.  The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
