Synopsis

Due to the circumstances described herein, the activity requests authority to acquire the engineering
services listed in this document using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR
6.302-1 , Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency
Requirements. Only the referenced vendor with unique capabilities, experience, and expertise can satisfy the Government's requirements of the TPS for these highly specialized services.This action will result in a predominantly Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) definitive "C" type engineering services contract for Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and Unit Under Test (UUT)
support. This contract will include a Cost Reimbursement No Fee (CRNF) line item for Travel. The
contract will include a Base year plus three (3) Ordering Periods (OP) (FY24-FY28). This is a follow on
to contract FA8522-18-C-0001.
