This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Manila, Philippines, will release a solicitation for the Supply & Delivery of Fuel in March 2025. 

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about first week of February 2025. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation.?
