Supply and Delivery of Fuel for November 2024

The Embassy invites you to submit a quotation for the attached solicitation.

NOTE:

• The U.S. government does not sign any documents or agreement outside of the organization for the confirmation of order. The issuance of a fully approved and signed purchase order, by the Contracting Officer, from the U.S. government will serve as the confirmation of acquiring the items and/or services.
• Alternatives shall be considered in accordance with FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (AUG 1999) (refer to page 4 for the full text)

Offers and payment in U.S. dollars

This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Manila, Philippines will launch the solicitation for Supply and Delivery of Fuel for November 2024.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about mid November 2024. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation.  

The Government intends to award the contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
