The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement in Cochise County, Arizona for five phases of the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area (SPRNCA) boundary fence reconstruction and maintenance project to conserve, protect, and enhance the SPRNCA conservation values outlined in Public Law 100-696. Reconstruction of the fence will include vegetation clearing; installation of T-posts; stress, stretch, end and corner panels; installation of panel gates; and removal of non-functioning and remnant fence or unused fence materials.
