INTRODUCTION

The NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (NASA/MSFC) has a requirement to extend the period of performance (PoP) for the Space Launch System (SLS) Spacecraft / Payload Integration and Evolution (SPIE) Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage (ICPS) contract number NNM12AA82C with The Boeing Company (i.e., Boeing).
