This amendment is to provide additional clarification on un-sanitized subcontractor proposal submissions and upload revised documents. Un-sanitized subcontractor proposal submissions(A) If a subcontractor does not want to submit its proprietary data through the prime contractor, such subcontractor may submit its un-sanitized proposal information (e.g. cost data for the Cost_Price Summary Spreadsheet) through the PIEE/Solicitation module. SpRCO intends to award a Time and Material contract to provide services relating to acquisition, financial management support, logistics, engineering, and test-related activities to include acquisition studies, analyses, documentation preparation and review, assessments, cost analyses (including trade studies), and comparative logistics/ cost trade-offs of specific problems or areas of emphasis. These efforts shall address contracting and functional support associated with the entire acquisition lifecycle framework.
