Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Landscaping and Gardening services for the United States Embassy, including at its Chancery in Wassenaar, Consulate General in Amsterdam and five other U.S. Government-occupied residences located in The Hague, Amsterdam and Wassenaar. The requirement is for Landscaping and Gardening services for the U.S. Embassy The Hague, the Consulate General in Amsterdam and Five (5) Government owned/managed residences in The Hague and Amsterdam in The Netherlands.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial Quote without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
