This procurement is for the Boresight Kit

This proposed solicitation is intended to result in the award of a Firm-Fixed
Price type Contract with a one year buying option, for the estimated
supplies specified. The resulting contract will establish pricing to be
utilized through issuance of delivery for discrete quantities for the period
stated in the schedule.

The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for the acquisition.
