The purpose of this amendment is, 

A.To change "Graphic Scale" for the Sections of the drawing (ED-2, ED-3, ED-4, ES-2, ES-3, ES-4) from 40M to 50M.
B.To extend the Offer Due Date from 15 Nov 2024 to 22 Nov 2024, the closing time remains the same.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
