COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center located at 7503 Military Trail, Miami, FL 33410 has a requirement for Chemical Waste Disposal Services. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be adhered to. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, Request for Quotation (RFQ), for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
