The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Interior Region 8: Lower Colorado Basin, Lower Colorado Dams Office, Hoover Dam, needs a new Rotating Skimmer, Actuator and set of spare parts for the Clarifier in the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
