Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove one existing ceiling mounted Airflow 19,200 BTU Model SH2A3 packaged cooling unit and associated equipment and install one new 1.5 ton direct expansion split system on the 4th floor at the Federal Building, Aberdeen, South Dakota. See attached solicitation for details.
