Repair Switchgear Substations, Offutt AFB

This is the official solicitation synopsis for the Design and Repair Switchgear Substations contract at Offutt AFB, NE. This will be a single award, firm-fixed price contract.

The Contractor shall be responsible to provide all materials, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete a design and construction efforts to replace existing switchgear, transformers, fuses, enclosures, relays, controls, and cabling for substations 1, 2, and 3 at Building 457.  This installation of means to monitor or check critical heater circuits by connecting to the base EMCS out lined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO).
