Repair of qty 1, 13NL45+ high pressure air compressor

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.  This is a sole source requirement with RMC 3Q: Acquire, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer.  In conjunction with the Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS),  the requirement and subsequent award shall be rated “DX".

NSN: 4Y 4310-LL-H88-0710 ; model 13NL45+ high pressure air compressor (HPAC). This solicitation is for the refubishment/overhaul of QTY 1 EA 13NL45+ high pressure air compressor (HPAC) in support of the TRIPER program for Ohio-class submarines.
