The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA), Sugarcane Research Unit, 5883 USDA Rd, Houma, LA 70360, including the Lab buildings and infrastructure at USDA Ardoyne Farm (501 Bull Run Road, Schriever, LA 70395) has a requirement for a Repair Hurricane Francine Damage Project.
