Renovation of Dorm 2272

The 354th Eielson Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E services for the project below:

Building 2272 located on Eielson AFB, Alaska is approximately 79,500 square feet of space, with 175 rooms accommodating Airmen. The overall objective of this design initiative is to fully renovate both the building and its surrounding site, ensuring full compliance with current codes, standards, and Eielson's Installation Facility Standards. The aim is to optimize the buildings furnishings for improved energy efficiency.
