COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (“synopsitation” hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for commercial supply, i.e. Recycling Containers as described in the Statement of Work (Attachment 1).
