The Honolulu District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is soliciting lease proposals for 1,400 to 2,100 of gross rentable square feet of commercial retail storefront space in Saipan for Armed Forces Recruiting office purposes.  The U.S. Government, by and through USACE, currently occupies retail and related space under a lease, in the city and state specified above.  The Lessor shall provide adequate/assigned parking for approximately three (3) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  The lease term is Five (5) years with Government termination rights, and will be a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services). ....
