Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for preventative maintenance on QFI Microscope, s/n:739 with four addition option years. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Quantum Focus Instruments Corporation, 2385 La Mirada Drive, Vista, California 92081, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1.
