Subject Solicitation is amended to make the following changes:

1. The evaluation of offers for this Solicitation has been updated from Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to Trade-Off. The USCG requests delivery of all items by April 1, 2025, after receipt of the purchase order.  Offerors that can meet the Government’s delivery date will be rated higher than offerors that are unable to meet the requested delivery time. Offers capable of providing delivery of all items before April 1, 2025, will receive the highest rating.
