The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), TheaterContracting Center- Unit 23156, APO, AE 09227-3156, intends to award a solesource action for the continuation of contract services for Facility Maintenanceand Repairs in support of the U.S. Army Garrison Rhineland-Pfalz (USAG-RP). Contract services are currently performed under the Total Maintenance Contract (TMC), W564KV-22-D-0001. Contract services include operations, maintenanceand repair of real property, and maintenance and repair of installed buildingequipment (IBE) and equipment-in-place (EIP).
