Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) EOC 3-4

The purpose of this notice is to post the announcement of a contract modification award applicable to contract W31P4Q-23-C-0052.

The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal awarded a modification to contract W31P4Q23C0052 for PrSM EOC 3-4 production quantities that was previously awarded on an other than full and open competitive basis under the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C) 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Award was made on 20 September 2024. This action changes the total obligation to $454,254,428.00, with a total award amount of $454,254,428.00. The contract period of performance is 49 months.
