Amendment FA252325R00010001 is provided on 25 November 2024.  The solicitaiton amendment clarifies the time and date established for receipt of proposals as 1600 Central European Time (CET) on 9 December 2025, which was not extended from the original date established. The Space Base Delta 1, in support of the 821st Space Base Group, has a mission critical requirement for two (2) annual round-trip voyages between a contractor-selected port in Denmark and Pituffik Space Base each year for 2025, 2026, and 2027 (total 6 round-trip voyages) to support base operations.  Additionally, clause 52.217-8 is included that may be exercised allowing for a six-month extension of services.  The requirement scope includes providing all management, labor and services to accomplish the functions and responsibilities of receiving cargo from vendors, providing transit origin storage, loading and offloading and transporting sealift cargo.
