AMENDMENT 3

NOAA Solicitation 1305M325R0002 is hereby amended as follows:

1. The Request for Proposal (RFP) due date on the SF33 is updated to Monday, March 17, 2025 at 10:00am MT.
2. The Oral Presentation date in the Section L.10 of the RFP is updated to read: "on or about the week of March 31, 2025".
3. A 3rd round of questions have been added; please reference Section L.11 in the updated RFP.
4. Updated versions (redlined and clean) of the RFPs are added as additional attachments.

1. Section L.7 (b) adds additional site visit time and additional instructions for registering for the site visit.

2. Section L.9 (a)(1)(A) provides clarity on the ability to submit multiple proposals.
