The Contractor shall deliver the type and quantity of vehicles outlined in 1.4, Description of Requirement, for the dates required. All vehicles must be operational to withstand the terrain and climate similar to that of the National Training Center (NTC) Fort Irwin California training areas. All additional components of the vehicle must be operational in accordance with the vehicles’ manual.
