Ordnance Operations Support

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, MD awarded a $60,911,615.00 Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to Cruz Associates, Inc. of 6515 George Washington MEM Highway Yorktown, VA 23692. This contract is to provide manufacturing and technical expertise services in all areas relative to energetics development and manufacturing. This contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $60,911,615.00. 

This was a sole source procurement to Cruz Associates, Inc. based on the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Sources or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
