This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this
synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to the University of Central Florida, CAGE Code 9H673, of 4000 Central Florida Blvd. Orlando, FL, 32816-8005.
