Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to The Open Group. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance
with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this Synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center
(NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to The
Open Group.
Requirement Information
NIWC will procure a one-year membership including four option years with The Open Group.
The Government intends to negotiate solely with The Open Group under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b),
