The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a non-competitive basis to LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION (CAGE Code: 3FMK4).
